The staff was super friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Only 2 things that I'm sure they are working on, some renovations with the flooring here and there and their ice machines. But other than that I would stay here again. GREAT for families. Always had something to do and kids had blast. Transitions from beach to water Park to pool to indoor pool to hot tub....I mean the kids were like Energizer bunnies. Glow in the dark putt putt was fun with the kids and arcade.... We enjoyed it. Restaurants on site for those who don't even want to leave property. Bring your own pillows if you don't do fluffy pillows, comfortable but a little too fluffy for me.

Great location for me, I usually stay twice a year and definitely recommend it when friends ask. I was there this past January when they got a bunch of snow lol. The only issue i had this time was parking, the lot was full every time I pulled in and I had to wait for someone to leave
