Everything good, except for the stairs. There is no elevator, so consider this if luggage is heavy.

It’s a really great place. I chose it because of the proximity to Nassau street where we were catching a tour on the last morning. While it’s a great place I won’t have chosen it because of price. The rate doubled on the weekend and normally be more than I am willing to pay.

This may be the perfect hotel! We had a lovely room with plenty of space. It was on the ground floor facing the street so I was worried about noise but it was nice and quiet. The rooms were serviced in the mornings which I liked. The breakfasts were good and they accommodated our desire for something plainer than was on the menu. The shower was amazing.
