Nice inside, great staff, except manager was rude.
Good breakfast and rooms.

This is a small hotel. The personnel are very courteous and friendly. The closest trains stop is only two blocks away. We found a nice Peruvian restaurant in the area. It is not luxurious, but they make you feel at home. They speak English well.
