Th room was clean and large. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They called and checked on me to be sure I had a ride to the airport. They provided a shuttle. The staff was also very responsive and helpful the night of check in. The hotel is gated and the gates are locked at night. Feels very safe and secure. Next trip will plan to stay here again.

Oliver and his wife were AMAZING! Always ready to help us. He showed us the city and recommended very nice places.
The property was clean, save and in a very nice location. If we ever come back to Guatemala will definitely use their services again.

The staff was very accommodating, the room was comfy and the water was hot! We told them that we were going to leave early in the morning (before the free breakfast) but they still had a packed breakfast ready for us! Nice spot!
