Room was just as shown in pictures: clean, contemporary, and inviting. Staff throughout (at reception, luggage, restaurant) were attentive and effective. Location is outstanding: 100 m from Milan Central train station, great restaurants nearby.
I stayed 1 night enroute to Belluno. It met my needs so well I chose to stay again the 2 weeks later enroute to MXP.
