The whole property , grounds and buildings , were all clean and immaculately kept . The staff were all friendly and very efficient . Meals were all excellent , including the breakfast buffet which had heaps of options .
We were a little frustrated that there were " No beach swimming because of Jellyfish " signs up when several staff informed us that swimming was safe . However the swimming pools were a delight to use !
The mini golf was a waste of money as the " greens " were all concrete , and were uneven when hitting the ball making it impossible to line up a shot properly .
Overall , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sandals and would come back again .

Enjoyable experience for my family of three.
Just one minus point is the hard pillow, my husband and I couldn't sleep with it. We need to use the towel as pillow instead.

This is truly a nice sea side resort with all the amenities and activities for the family. The rooms are large, clean and in good working condition. Bedding and sheets are clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is a wide spread of mostly local food and restaurant Spices and Herbs served up good lamb shank. Overall, great for the family, good funal and lots of swimming and beach walks.

"Everything was good. thank you ! Great move to let 113 triathlon event to checkout once the event ended at 430pm. Will definitely stay here again for 2026 113 Desaru triathlon if this keeps up. "
