We spent five wonderful days at this hotel. We wished we had stayed longer.
Everything was perfect—
the upkeep of the common areas, the rooms, the restaurants, the pools... everything was perfect!
And what a pleasure the all-inclusive option was; we always managed to find something we enjoyed eating!
Unfortunately, long lines for restaurant reservations meant we only managed to dine there once—though the meal was excellent.
The staff are LOVELY, smiling, and very helpful.
The entertainment is top-notch.
Just a few minutes' walk across from the hotel, there is a small shopping center with a Starbucks and a bar/restaurant—perfect for picking up a few souvenirs!
I returned home today, and I’m writing this with tears in my eyes as I look back on my stay.

Clean and maintained. Staff could definitely be friendlier. Food was not the greatest, compared to other resorts, not many options. Entertainment could use a boost .
