The desk staff wasn't very helpful and not very friendly. It was an inefficient cafe for breakfast. It took me 10 minutes to place an easy order. I wondered if it was me because I am a Canadian in Germany. But my German colleague had the same impression.

We stayed here for one night before we took a cruise from the port. It is very central, and right next-door to both the train station and the bus station. It is a short walk into town for restaurants and bars, and a short walk to the Cruise terminal.
The rooms were very comfortable and staff very friendly n
