room was nice and clean. great view. loved the outdoor movie theatre with fresh popcorn for sale. excellent breakfast. it was a record breaking hot weekend and our neighbors A/C went out, but they were promptly moved to another room. great breakfast and evening reception with snacks and drinks. My go-to hotel in NYC.

From the moment we walked in we were well taken care of. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was as delicious and had many great options. If you are looking for a hotel that put you in the middle of it all this is a great choice. My grandson love how we could walk to most of where we wanted to go. I love that everything was clean. The staff made us feel like we were VIP. Great for business travel or for families. We definitely will be back soon!

The hotel is perfectly located and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean, with two large windows overlooking the New York skyline. We were given a room on the top floor and the views were tremendous. The room had everything we needed for a one-day stay, and we were also allowed to check in early without having to pay a fee. The body wash smelled delicious, as did the shampoo and conditioner; I regret not asking the staff where I could buy them for myself 🙈 The 5 p.m. reception with drinks and appetizers was also a nice touch to our stay.
The only downside was breakfast. There were lots of options like yogurt, granola, fruit, bagels, and cereals, but there was definitely a lack of substantial items like ham, boiled eggs, sausages, and fresh-cut veggies. The only things we were able to find were omelets and scrambled eggs, but there were no options to top them with veggies or proteins.
