WE stayed in one of your most recent updated rooms and appreciated the woman at check in putting us in that room.
I would appreciated a clothes hook on the inside of the bathroom door.
I would also have appreciated brighter light bulbs in the current light fixtures. There is no way a person can enjoy reading in bed with the very dim light fixture in our room.
The lighting in the bathroom was great.

Really nice hotel. Travel into Chicago is pretty rough. Approx an hour but staying here made up for that. Room very clean, beds great, roll away quickly brought to us and in good shape, plenty of hot water and good pressure. Excellent breakfast menu and some different items on the 2 mornings we had breakfast. Staff friendly and quick to refill items, get that roll away, great desk service. Easy to get around Lombard and great places to eat. We are choosing to return next week, rather than look for another hotel.
