The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to all train and bus lines. The hotel is a beautiful property. The room was comfortable and spacious. All staff we encountered were helpful and courteous. They provided a wide variety of amenities to make our stay easy. It's a short walk to and from the shinkansen platform.

Clean rooms, kind staff, and really convenient after a long journey! We hopped off our plane, onto the Haruka Express train, and walked across the station and up the escalator to the hotel. Buffet restaurant on site had lots of great options.
