8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Staff were friendly and location to downtown Memphis was great. The only issue was the wifi signal was weak in Room 129 at the end of the hotel.

The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). I got a text telling me to reply if I needed anything, which I did, and there was no response.

My stay was nice. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The only things I didn't like was the stains in the tub and breakfast was only waffles. Thank goodness for the IHOP next door. I would definitely stay again

Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!
