Hotel is convenient and clean enough. Staff that checked us in was great, after that the staff was not great. They were just hanging in the lobby and didnt seem interested in answering questions or providing assistance. Pool was not available and wifi was sketchy. Could not watch a movie. TV kept pausing as well. Shower was amazing. Mcdonalds right next door was convenient

Loved the fireplaces (although didn't use them in July) and the overall ambiance. Very clean property; the staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh, but I found food I could enjoy (I don't eat waffles as a rule). Felt safe and secure and comfortable, which is what is important for me as a single woman traveler.
