Hotel was clean and extra nice staff, though hotel is Old and bit run down as far as amenities needs a bit of remodeling, though overall a great place to stay away from all the traffic in the area.

We have been going to the los Arco’s properties for over 25 years and every time we go, we are never ever disappointed they just keep getting better and better. The staff is outstanding.

The hotel overall was good and all the hotel staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. However, the rooms and bathrooms really need more attention and renovation. Improving the room condition would greatly enhance the guest experience.
