Perfect location for a lovely stay.

I had a few concerns:
1. I booked the room for two travelers, but two twin beds were stuck together in the queen frame! So technically it was one queen bed with a hole in the middle.
2. AC is always OFF! I was sweating during breakfast!!! Not acceptable!
3. Pool opens at 9 a.m. - too late!
4. Elevator is ridiculously small. Barely can fit two people!
5. Service in restaurants is slow. Sometimes have to stand and find a waiter to bring attention.
6. Mini fridge was installed in the wall cabinet, why?!
7. Not enough shelves for clothes in the cabinet.
