Nice spa and onsen. Much needed and big plus
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The staff members from this hotel were very good and helpful. Most of them can speak fluent English. The spa and massage is also good. The restaurants down there are very up to standard.
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The mini bar had soda and complementary free water in every room. Having a shuttle to Osaka station was helpful for my family of five. There is also a free shuttle to Universal. However, I did not like the fact we had to pay to use the pool. We didn’t even if my wife and I didn’t swim we still had to pay 3,300 yen each for adult and 1,320 for child. Over $50 for my to kids to swim. It was convenient having a 7-eleven in the basement floor and a pharmacy next door. I gave the four stars because of the pool and having to explain economics to my crying seven year old. It may just be a western perspective.
