The hotel was very well situated on a pedestrianised street. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice. The staff are helpful. The only thing I thought missing from the room was a dressing table with a mirror & seat, but otherwise plenty of storage.

The service at breakfast was good with excellent breakfast menu.

Car park was hard to find as Google maps trys to take you to front of pub via pedestrian area. This is not the pubs fault, I only mention it to help others.
Great value, Comfy bed. Tv that actually works (quite a rarity in Devon and Cornwall) .
Would happily return.
