So, you are given a code before you get there to let you in so you don’t see any staff, it’s all pretty automated. Still it was pretty new, great bathroom and nothing really to complain about. If you have an issue then there is a place you can get help. The location in the old town is great, lots of places to get food. Get a Barik card at the airport for buses and it’s really cheap. Guenheim was a tram ride ( again Barik card) as were most places. San Sebastián is a tour bus away as well. So 5 stars for me. If you are looking for a full frills hotel, probably not what you want but we thought it was great.
