We had a reservation that included breakfast buffet - with western/Japanese food - so so tasty.
We wish we were able to stay in the room with 2 beds, but they were all sold out. Will def stay again, but had to ride a bus or subway to go to Osaka station. All stops very close to the hotel though. Also grocery store is right in front of it if we need to buy meals/snacks.

Excellent on all levels. Clean, mostly modern, amazing staff, great amenities and the lounge access topped it off. I will be coming back with my family!
