After having been to Tavistock nearly every other year for the last 74 years, 54 with my wife, we always wanted to stay in the Bedford.
I booked the Bedford this year and I was not disappointed. It was clean with the rooms done everyday, the meal selection throughout the day was excellent and the staff very helpful. It is also pet friendly.
There is an outside garden with which to sit with a drink and relax.
The parking is ample but has a cost of £8.00 per day if you do not book your stay direct with the hotel.
It will definitely be used again on my next visit

Breakfast was good, staff very courteous and helpful, and room clean, although a little dated. A little surprised that I had to pay for parking at £8 per night. Overall an enjoyable stay, and would stay again
