Great location

The air conditioning in the room was working, but it was very weak, and the room was extremely hot.

Overall a good place to stay, within walking distance of the central train station and all the major attractions.
The hotel is small but adequate, as are the rooms.
Breakfast is very good.
It is very clear that the staff members are proud of providing a good experience.
Our only incident was losing hotel WiFi for almost a day, and the front desk insisting that they were not at fault - my phone and iPad were at fault. Later that day the front desk told us that a fault had been found and maintenance was fixing it. No apology for incorrect information earlier in the day.
In retrospect not a major problem.

We had a room with a jacuzzi and a view. Perfect for helping achy feet relax after a long day of walking. The staff at the bar made things even more special.
