8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
It’s a very centric hotel, you can go everywhere on walking distance!! The hotel was a awesome and dope decor!! Wish the room was cooler even after putting the A/C on high all night.

The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever.

One of my best experiences to date. I travel a few times a year. I'm looking forward to staying at this franchise, along with coming back to Brussels.

Lovely hotel, we booked it due to its proximity to Le Botanique, its also really close to the metro and about 20 minute walk from the centre of Brussels. We had a slight problem with our room (a strange clicking noise) and the person on reception just changed our room no questions. There was a smart tv in the room but we couldn't get it to cast in either room, some additional instructions might have helped? (the tv didn't appear connected to the internet?) The breakfast had good choices, as well as hot options and standard yoghurt, meat cheeses there was a selection of Belgian biscuit things that were really tasty. Overall would stay here again for a trip to the same area.
