Our family enjoyed our brief stay at the NH Madrid Ventas hotel. It was clean and the pool was nice. The checkin process was very efficient and staff were nice.

In a quiet area of Madrid. Very conveniently located to 2 metro stations, making it very easy to get around. Nice room but AC turned off and our room got very warm from the sun coming in through the window.. AC could not keep up.

The reception (David) was very friendly and helpful, the pool was nice, and the terrace lounge was a great place to end the evening. I'll definitely stay here again. Everything starts with the first impression so David set the tone and should be commended.
