We had an all-around perfect experience at the Dorint Hotel at Sylt. The staff was incredibly friendly and generously allowed us both an early check-in and a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was huge and absolutely delicious. I had everything you could possibly think of, from eggs and fish to fresh German bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, Rote Grütze, cheeses, and so much more.
Our room was comfortable, recently renovated with brand-new beds, and spotlessly clean, featuring large windows and a lovely balcony. The location is ideal, very close to the beach as well as the charming little town with its shops and restaurants. To top it all off, the hotel offers a great spa and a fantastic indoor pool. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Close to the beach but the property itself could use a refresh, especially with regard to the rate of the room

Very clean room to the dune side with a nice balcony. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the bubble feature in the pool was still broken—and had been since my last visit over Easter.
