I enjoyed my stay … reception staff were amazing

We couldn’t get in our room early despite requesting it in advance for our daughter’s graduation ceremony. Fair dues though, reception were able to help and get us in early enough. We were grateful for their help given we were one of many requesting the same in Bristol University’s graduation week. Many thanks for your help.

The checkin was easy and I asked if they could confirm the noon checkout as I had a late afternoon flight and wanted to stay in the hotel as long as I could. They offered a free 2pm checkout which was really appreciated. The room was on the 3rd floor and initially smelt of paint but it cleared quickly. The room was so comfortable and quiet. The bed was huge and mattress perfect. Breakfast is ok but not much in terms of meat alternatives. Overall would recommend.
