Very friendly staff! Breakfasts were reliably good and our questions were always answered quickly and with a smile.
While the room was clean overall, the floor of the bathroom had quite a bit of hair on it that wasn't ours. Might have just missed this one when sweeping.
We appreciated the extra space in our room. Even with it being a king sized bed, there was still lots of space.

I was here for concert. I didn’t get a chance to use a lot of amenities but the room is good and beds are soft.
While I was there, three big functions (BTS concert/ cheerleading competition/anime con) happened in the area at the same time, staff are hard working but still nice and helpful.

Nice place to stay but don’t stay on first floor, a little noisy. Beds are ok.
