Everything went to plan and they upgraded our room. I would especially like to thank Enis, UMay hotel relationship and the best front server Ahmet and Okit, for making our experience unforgettable. Thank you again

We had a wonderful time staying at the Grand Yavuz Hotel. All the staff we encountered (Enes @front desk; Ahmed @concierge; Umay @Guest Relations; Cema-chambermaid @6th floor) were very helpful and made sure our stay was delightful. We will definitely stay at the Grand Yavuz again if we happen to go to Istanbul again and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you so much for the hospitality, making our time incredibly awesome!
