The room was clean and comfortable. Room services were amazing from laudry to taking our luggage up to room and down to reception. We were part of a wedding party so had 5 rooms and we all thr best experience which as you can imagine can be a problem but lords was amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and moved to a villa somewhere else and came back as the villa was terrible Thanks to all the staff

Room was clean and staff, was helpful though room service took hour and half to deliver. As I refused to take the delivery they still charged me for which I did not have time to argue as I wanted to catch the train.

Great location near the market + great food/service, but recent staff turnover, early check in charges, and unrepaired water noise in room 311 were disappointing.
