The property is next to a few government entities, so security is great. It is also not too far from some shopping areas. My room had a balcony. It was nice to get fresh air, but it can be noisy during the day and night.

Regency Palace is really nice place to stay with big and clean rooms. Room service worked perfectly and fast, food was tasty. Customer service was also very friendly. The premises might be a bit outdated if compared to some newer, modern 5 star hotels but this place definitely has some charm that newer hotels do not have.
