Everything about this hotel is first class. From the personalized airport shuttle pick-up, to the fact that you can even talk to the actual person at the front desk by phone was great. Jojo and Travis at the reception desk were phenomenal! No joking, we had just come from a Frontier airlines flight from hell, and we walked in that door and Jojo put us at ease with such a calm, professional and hospitable manner and directed us to our room with such class, that we felt relieved and at home at once. The rooms were impeccable, so comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The breakfast was another winner.. How many hotel waffles have you stood in a 30 minute line to make? Not here, fresh cut fruit, juices, many choices of hot fresh made food, even the coffee was good.. Can't say enough good about this place. When in Orlando, Stay here!!
