Very nice and accommodating staff. There was a slight issue at check in as they couldn't find my paid reservation, but they resolved it in a great way. Problems can happen, the way you resolve it matters, and the staff att Vivanta did great in resolving the issue. Will return for my next India trip and would highly recommend a stay here.
