Price quality is fine and clean room.

The building is old and expected for the price. There was mold in our room but the linens were all clean and room was as clean as it could be except for that. The Staff was AMAZING!!! They were all so friendly! I would recommend for a quick stay but maybe not with kids as the area is not kid friendly environment.

Although I don't know about dynamic pricing and dorms, for one night stay in the middle of the week in a room with a single bed, you simply cannot beat the price. Sure, it was a small room, but still as clean as in a bigger new hotel. Given the location, don't be afraid of noise either; it is sheltered from the main street.
