We come regularly to the Hunter's Country House as it is always very relaxing. The Hospitality, the Restaurant Options and the People make the difference ...

This is a unique and very beautiful group of building, the most helpful staff, extremely well run, with excellent restaurant facilities.

Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. We had dinner in Zinzi and thoroughly enjoyed it and the breakfast was very good.
The best thing about Hunters is their staff though. I wish I had made a note of all the names but Golli who greeted us was so lovely as was Ace when we had drinks by the firepit. Our breakfast waitress was amazing too but I did not get her name.
We will definitely be back as loved the place.
