Unfortunately there was a stain over the carpet and settee cushions. Stayed in room 203.
The staff were very helpful.
They worked well even tho
Unfortunately due to a blown fuse during breakfast this made it chaotic.
Would of made it slightly better had the staff made an announcement as I could see what was happening lots of people weren't aware and kept trying to use the drinks machines without power.
But otherwise I stay was lovely as its location is perfect for city site seeing due to the proximity of the hotel to the tube and bus station.
