Very clean and staff were friendly. Great location with a lot of resources nearby and plenty of parking.

The MySky recording in room 301 is not working, you can watch whatever is on Sky, but you cannot record any shows to watch later. This is also the case in the bedroom of king suite 309 and possibly other rooms as well. This has been the case for a long time now, these units need to be replaced as the hard disks are damaged and unplugging and replugging them at the wall makes no difference.

Very friendly staff and clean and tidy place to stay.. unfortunately a big let down on the bed, it was extremely firm, which made for a very uncomfy sleep
