Clean, big rooms with a great breakfast in an ideal location. The city is very walkable from here with tons of restaurants and pubs.

Down side was the breakfast wasn't available until 07:00am and I had to be out the hotel traveling to clients just after 07;00am so no time to enjoy breakfast.
Also restaurant was closed most nights and had to order foo in the bar area and when tables were booked it left not many places to sit comfortably
