Great location and excellent view of Mount Fuji from the balcony and from our room! Room was minimalist but very confortable and perfect for slowing down the pace. Japanese set breakfast was simply delicious (as well as the sandwiches by the way!). Staff were really helpful and polite! Free shuttle to the main tourist area in Fujigawaguchiko. Laundry area great but drying our clothes took forever. Too bad no onsen. Overall, would definitely recommend it! Next time, we’ll try booking one of the « watermelon » accommodation!

Great location close to convenience stores ,restaurants and a key bus stops to get you anywhere around the area you want to go. Great rooftop area with an unobstructed view of mt.Fugi. Bike rental and laundry on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were courteous and very helpful in answering any questions we had. Breakfast provided was tasty and you can help yourself to coffee, tea and juices. Fast and friendly service.
Used the shuttle service to and from station. Make sure you book your time before checkout, slots get filled up.
My group walked to the lake, and nearby grocery and convenience stores.
