What stood out was the friendliness of the staff ! They were super kind.and helpful. Would stay again. Located on a hill, so not ideal for elderly, and maybe young kids if walking.

Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff.
The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit.
Highly recommended.
