There is no staff to speak of. Fortunately from prior reviews I knew that the virtual check in system often does not recognize your confirmation number so I was prepared for that; because I was checking in near the first available time there actually was a staff person present to help. But when I needed something for my room, I had to send a message through Expedia to get a response. That said, the room was a nice size, the A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable and the location was terrific.

Very nice stay. Easy check-in through the self-service kiosk and a great location near the central part of Leiden and the train station.

Spacious and clean room; very good housekeeping. Friendly staff. We did not drive here, but there seemed to be lots of parking. Very nice hotel.
