Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson - West Bend

Decent nights lodging for a Comfort Inn Hotel. Breakfast is on par with what you would expect, a few hot items and a selection of cold. Good sized breakfast area and serviced well in terms of cleanliness and item selection. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room clean so no real complaints on those fronts. The thing That I guess makes a bad impression is the almost threadbare (and stained) carpet on the stairs leading to upstairs rooms. While functional, it does not present a good image to those climbing the stairs to their rooms. A final note and am sure it has been noted before, access to the 2nd floor is via stairs, there is no elevator for guests to use for the second floor. I do believe there are ADA rooms on the first floor but for those not good at stairs, be sure to ask for a first floor room.

Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN

Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!

Everything is very clean, staff is super nice.
