Loved my stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The reception team was excellent and made me feel well taken care of throughout my visit.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day and provided two complimentary bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The overall service truly made you feel that they cared about their guests.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from COEX and the Airport Limousine Bus terminal, making it very convenient for both sightseeing and airport transportation.
My only suggestion would be to have a clothing iron available in each room instead of only in the basement laundry room.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul!
