Great place to stay, the staff was friendly and professional. Will stay when we come back next year.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for two weeks and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, which made it especially comfortable for a family stay.
The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and many conveniences, while still being very quiet. Since the hotel is not right next to a busy road and is near the Toyota Research Institute, it felt nicely shielded from traffic noise.
Breakfast was okay. Most items seemed pre-prepared or packaged, but that is fairly common, so it was acceptable.
The main downside was that the air conditioner was very loud. Also, while housekeeping came every other day, the cleaning was not thorough at all. The floor in particular did not seem well cleaned, as my child often walked barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet became black.

The staff was wonderful to work with and very understanding of my situation. The room was clean and with kitchenette, perfect for a long term stay. Pool and hot tub were clean. Also near grocery store and other places.
