Nice clean hotel with elevator. However air conditioner didn’t go below 17 C and 1 day there was some construction in a room on 4 floor, it was very loud and we couldn’t take a nap. Otherwise nice and clean and close to everything.

Excellent location, very clean room, perfectly functional AC, renovated washroom, excellent shower, perfect pressure and temperature. Good size room (for big European city standards), all sound proofed (no noise can be heard from the street) The only thing we would have liked is to have a fridge in the room and some English language channels on the TV, but otherwise I would definitely book there again.

Small room with few amenities, although it did have a great shower. Location was great, right in the heart of Madrid.
