It was a good stay. The room was clean and in good condition. The only issue was that the towels were not as clean as expected.

Comfortable bed, good TV. Location excellent. As with all accommodation in Ucluelet it is expensive for what you get. We were disappointed with a lack of mugs, glasses, teaspoons, creamers, and decent coffee; something which is standard in other places we stayed. Austin, manager did try to address our concerns.

We loved the location and the overall vibe of the hotel. It was clean, staff was extremely friendly, and there was so much close by. The only issue we had was the water pressure in the shower was not good. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we would go back for sure. I’d also like to note that we accidentally left some souvenirs behind and the front desk worker Austin was so kind to mail them to us! Above and beyond service.

It was very well equipped and we had a very efficient check in and were even contacted to make sure there was nothing else we needed!
Convenient to the restaurants nearby.
We would certainly stay there in the future.
