While the property is older and a little tired (for example the chairs in the room were quite worn - sink had cracks) it was extremely clean. The room was large with ample room for the table and 2 chairs and a desk. It was quiet. The breakfast was a total surprise - eggs and sausage and a waffle maker. This area was also very clean. There was no fresh fruit, but bread and some other starchy items, also some cereal, juice, etc. As for the restaurants in town - one I stopped at had no food. He said the other would for sure be serving, and it was. Parking lot full, lots of tables, lots of people - but they said it would be 45 min. I went to the Maverick across the street and got a pre-made salad - worked fine also. I will probably go back.

Rooms smelled funny like tried to cover up old smell with carpet powder. Bathrooms are too small barely get to shower because toilet is in the way. Mattress is terrible
