Nice room. Comfortable bed, good TV. Hot tub helps after a long drive. Check in was a bit hectic. Stayed on a Sunday so lots of kids.

The only issue we had, was the baggage carts. They need to be tightened up by the maintenance staff. Baggage carts are the second thing a customer deals with when entering the premises. The first being reception. These carts need some TLC. This would only take about 15-20 mins per cart to tighten all the screws. Easy peasy.
We loved ROD the robot. However it does not take away from the excellent dinner service by Evelyn!
