The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful and on hand with any queries we had. Breakfast is better to be pre-booked and was very generous. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!
Oh and the prices of the drinks in the pub were excellent!

The Globe is a lovely old inn and the floors and walls were all quirky and a little wonky - all part of it's charm. I had a lovely bright room with a wide windowsill overlooking the main street. The adjoining wet room had everything I needed - including fluffy white towels. I had 2 wonderful nights' sleep in a comfy bed with fresh white - good quality - linen.
The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. They helped me with my bags - even carrying them out to the car for me (I am disabled) without being prompted. The public car park was across the main street with lots of spaces - and compared to my own home town was cheap.
I will be back to explore the area further.
