Staff was great. Hotel room was clean. Perfect location. Will definitely be back!

Think the lodge is more designed for winter. Shops close early and dining is limited. Beautiful place. Place was clean, but noticed did not exchange glasses during room change every day. Had same two glasses for entire stay-Damien.

Great hotel - love having the shared amenities option with sister hotel attached! Heated pool is actually heated so nice and
Warm - loft beds were great for my kids!

Staff were excellent. Room was clean as well as the hotel. Breakfast was delicious everyday. The only drawback was parking. The self park was not close to the hotel. We had to use valet but likely the valet was free if you had a handicap tag. Our was at the end of the hotel and it was far to walk. We requested a room near a side entrance as we were traveling with our service pets. But it was just too much walking. No microwave in room and again that was three corridors away along with the ice machine.
