Age of the building contributes to the overall look. Dingy atmosphere and evenings bring a lot of noise from tenants.
It served the purpose for what I needed for my stay.
I am chosing to not go back for my next visit in the near future.

The bed was shocking comfortable…the room wasn’t “dirty” but it was a stained kind of dirty. I felt it was a little expensive for a Motel 6 but cheaper than the higher end hotels nearby. Staff let me check in slightly early to drop my stuff off for a tournament before our game which was helpful.
