Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained, clean and spacious. TV options were good, smart tv. Front desk staff were not too helpful, gave incorrect information regarding taxis. Location was 2 bus stops from train station with a less than 5 minute walk to the hotel. No one in the hotel to assist with luggage, had to carry up the main stairs to check in but had an elevator to your room.

The hotel and room were pristine! Very beautifully designed and maintained. We stayed only one night, to catch an early flight out of Florence but wish we could have stayed longer. We walked to a local restaurant and felt very safe- it was a residential area. The bus line ran along the street but we walked

We only stayed here one night before traveling to a wedding about an hour away, but the stay was wonderful. The room with clean and well kept and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! It is a bit of a walk from some of the city’s attractions, but there is a tram stop just a 2 minute walk away and the area is lovely and very walkable. Have already recommended to friends who need a place to stay on their return travel home.
